Wet Weather & Late Arrivals
Tours proceed rain or shine, with both sheltered and outdoor portions. Participants are advised to dress appropriately for the weather. Please be punctual, as late arrivals may miss portions of the tour and will not be entitled to refunds or extensions.
Booking, Refunds & Postponements
Bookings are non-refundable. Participants may request a one-time postponement to the next available public tour date, subject to availability. Requests should be made before the tour start time. Tour Cancellation by Organiser
Hidden Heritage Collective LLP reserves the right to cancel, postpone, modify, or shorten a tour due to insufficient sign-ups, adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, venue restrictions, guide unavailability, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In such cases, participants will be offered a rescheduled date or a full refund.
Programme Changes
Tour routes, stops, activities, timings, and content may be adjusted without prior notice due to site closures, safety considerations, operational requirements, or circumstances beyond our control.
Age & Health Requirements
Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by a paying adult. Participants should be able to walk at a comfortable pace for extended periods of time. Participants are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit to participate in the tour.
Photography & Videography Consent
By participating in the tour, you consent to photographs, audio recordings, and videos taken during the tour being used by Hidden Heritage Collective LLP for marketing, publicity, educational, and promotional purposes without compensation.
Liability & Personal Belongings
Participants join the tour at their own risk. Hidden Heritage Collective LLP, its representatives, guides, property owners, venue partners, contractors, agents, and associated third parties shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, illness, accident, delay, or inconvenience sustained before, during, or after the tour, except where liability cannot be excluded by law. Participants are responsible for their own safety and personal belongings at all times. Hidden Heritage Collective LLP shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property during the tour.
