What Personal Data We Collect
When you make a booking enquiry, join a tour waitlist, or contact us through this website, we may collect your name, mobile number, email address, and the details of your enquiry (such as preferred tour, date and group size). If you contact us via WhatsApp, we also receive your WhatsApp number and the content of your messages to us.
How We Use Your Data
We use your personal data to respond to enquiries, process and manage bookings, send you booking-related updates (such as postponement or schedule changes), and generally improve our tours and service.

Our website uses Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and a Meta (Facebook) Pixel to understand how visitors use our site and to measure the performance of our advertising. Third-Party Services
We use Google Forms and Google Sheets to record tour enquiries and waitlist requests, and a third-party reviews widget to display our Google reviews on this site. Where a booking is completed through a third-party booking or ticketing platform, that platform's own privacy policy will also apply to the payment and booking information you provide there.
Photography & Videography
As set out in our Terms of Service, by participating in a tour you consent to photographs, audio recordings and videos taken during the tour being used by Hidden Heritage Collective LLP for marketing, publicity, educational and promotional purposes.
Data Retention
We keep your personal data only for as long as necessary to respond to your enquiry, fulfil your booking, or comply with our legal and accounting obligations.
Your Rights
Under the PDPA, you may request access to, or correction of, the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to our collection, use or disclosure of it, by contacting us using the details below. Withdrawing consent may affect our ability to process an existing booking or enquiry.

We may update this policy from time to time to reflect changes to how we operate or to our legal obligations. The version on this page at any given time is the one that applies.
